Rooted in Love Sound Bath

This Valentine’s season, create space to nourish the most important relationship you have—the one with yourself. Join us on February 15th for Rooted in Love, a transformative sound bath experience centered around self-love, inner connection, and grounding.

In the gentle embrace of sound and community, we’ll explore what it means to be rooted in love—grounded in your authentic self and nourished by your own compassion. Just as winter invites us to tend to our roots, this session is a sacred pause to deepen your connection with yourself and plant seeds of self-love that will bloom in the seasons to come.

Through soundscapes, guided meditation, and reflection, we’ll create space to release self-judgment, honor your inner truth, and celebrate the beauty of who you are.

• Grounding meditation to set intentions for self-love and inner connection.
• Deeply soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, designed to clear energetic blocks and create emotional harmony.
• Guided reflection to integrate the themes of love, acceptance, and rootedness.

This experience is an invitation to pause, breathe, and nurture the foundation of love within you. Whether you're new to sound healing or a returning participant, Rooted in Love is open to all.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. For added comfort, feel free to bring a pillow, eye mask, or anything else to help you fully relax. Journals and pens are welcome for post-session reflections.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session.
• Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the event.

Megan Kamosi is a sound therapist, artist, and energy healer with five years of experience guiding individuals and groups toward self-discovery and healing. Her personal journey with self-love has been transformative, filled with both beautiful and challenging moments. Megan is passionate about creating spaces for others to nurture their inner connection, bringing a compassionate and intuitive approach to every session.
