Rooted in Love: A 6-Week Couples Group
A Trauma-Informed Journey into Secure, Conscious Partnership
Healthy relationships are not built on chemistry alone. They are built on safety, repair, honesty, and the ability to stay present when things get hard.
Rooted in Love is a 6-week experiential couples group designed to help partners move out of survival patterns and into secure, conscious connection. Drawing from the teachings of Stan Tatkin, Terry Real, Harville Hendrix, and Thomas Hübl, this group blends attachment theory, somatic awareness, relational skills, and collective healing practices.
This is not couples therapy in the traditional sense, and it is not about fixing your partner. It is about learning how to protect the relationship, regulate together, and grow into a more resilient, honest, and connected partnership.
What This Group Focuses On
- Creating emotional and nervous system safety in relationship
- Understanding attachment patterns and unconscious dynamics
- Learning how to navigate conflict without escalation or shutdown
- Practicing fast, effective repair after rupture
- Working with shame, power, and responsibility with compassion
- Recognizing how family, ancestral, and collective trauma show up in partnership
- Cultivating conscious commitment and relational maturity
Each session includes teaching, somatic practices, guided couple exercises, and group witnessing. The pace is intentional and trauma-informed, with choice and consent woven throughout.
