Join us for a celebration of Black Brilliance in our children, families, graduating Seniors, Senior Moms, and Tenuring Moms for the 2024-2025 program year.

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, May 18, 2025
• Location: Marriott Water Street, 505 Water St, Tampa, FL 33602 (NOT the JW Marriott across the street)
• Time: Bitter and Sweet Ceremony: 8:00 AM (for Senior/Tenuring Moms and families)
• Main Program: 9:00 AM – 11:40 AM
• Family Photos/Vendor Visits: 7:30 AM (VIP and Senior Families only) 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (General Admission)

Know Before You Go:

Arrival & Registration: Registration: 7:30 AM (VIP and Senior Families Only)

8:10 AM– 9:30 AM (Genreral Admission-closes promptly at 9:30 AM)

Wristbands required for entry (provided at registration)

Seniors, Senior Moms, and Tenuring Moms:

Arrive by 7:30 AM for check-in, family photos, and Bitter & Sweet Ceremony (8:00 AM) Senior Processional starts at 9:10 AM

General Admission: Doors open at 8:30 AM

Seating & Admission:

Reserved Seating: VIP tables, Charity representatives, Senior/Tenuring Moms

Open Seating: First-come, first-served for all other registered attendees

VIP Perks: Early entry (7:30 AM), exclusive buffet (8:10 – 8:30 AM), wristband, and a seating chart in advance

Buffet Times:

VIP: 8:10 – 8:30 AM

General Admission: 8:30 – 9:10 AM

Family Photos: 7:30 AM (VIP and Senior Families Only)

8:30 AM-9:10 AM and 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Valet only at Marriott Water Street (fee Applies)

Children’s Breakout Room: For Tiny Tots and Buttons & Bows with age-appropriate activities

Décor: Senior Package and Black Brilliance Banners displayed throughout

Dress Code: Blush and Brown Sunday Best – hats encouraged!
