🍄 Rooted in Fungi: Spring Series 🌲This is a two-part mushroom experience
Join us for an in-depth indoor workshop exploring spring mushrooms found in Western Pennsylvania. We’ll cover identification, examine, taste, and more! You’ll also create your own mushroom seasoning blend to take home. 👩🍳
Then on May 16th, we’ll head into the woods for a guided identification walk where we’ll apply what we learned and observe mushrooms in their natural environment. This is an educational walk focused on awareness and identification, not harvesting.
Whether you’re brand new to mushrooms or looking to deepen your understanding, this series is designed to build confidence and connection with the forest. Registration includes both sessions, and space is limited.
