Rooted Flow Yoga Class | Morning Yoga & Manifestation

As we settle into a new year, let's pause to breathe, move, and dream together.

We will move through a flow yoga class, ending with some restful poses and relaxing music.

After our practice finishes, there will be time to draw a manifestation & fulfillment oracle card from the deck. There will be an open invitation to share about any thoughts, dreams, or moments of clarity in a circle.
