Join us Wednesday at 6:30 - 8:30pm for community wide yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Jotina Buck, Root & Yoke Wellness , yoga guide. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, towel, water and whatever else you need for the practice.

6:30 - 6:50 - Community care & fellowship

7:00 - 8:00 - Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation

8:00 - 8:30 - Community care & fellowship

If you do not have a yoga mat, don't worry. We got you. Just register and show up. All levels welcome. Invite a friend.
