About this Event
A forest lovers floating sound bath!
Rooted & Restored: A Forest Hammock Sound Bath is a deeply nourishing experience held on sacred, private forested land in West Sebastopol. Settle into a hammock beneath the trees and experience a sense of floating and gentle weightlessness as your body softens, cradled by the earth and the subtle sway of the forest.
We’ll begin with a restorative 20-minute yoga session led by Jill McDonald of Deep House Yoga, designed to open the body and prepare you to receive. From there, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound bath journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and elemental tones that invite deep rest, release, and renewal.
As you rest, the sounds of nature organically weave into the experience—hawks calling overhead, crows echoing through the trees, crickets humming, and the wind moving through the forest—creating a layered, immersive symphony that enhances the journey.
You’ll have the option to experience this in a way that feels most supportive to your body: float in a hammock (only 7 available), bring a sleeping bag and nest into the large outdoor rug, or get cozy on a cotton mat inside the 20 ft glamping tent. Dress in layers, bring a pillow, a mat and a blanket or sleeping bag.
This is an invitation to unplug, be held by nature, and return to yourself—rooted, restored, and reconnected.
