This intimate breathwork, Reiki, and sound healing experience is designed to support you through moments of transition—when emotions feel closer to the surface, and your system is asking for steadiness.Raschel will guide grounding, nervous-system-supportive breathwork while both Raschel and Kim of Kiralily Healing weave in sound healing to help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to your body.
Kim will also offer gentle, intuitive Reiki throughout the session, supporting emotional sensitivity, energetic balance, and deep presence.
