Together, we’ll engage in grounding somatic (body) exercises, mindfulness practices, and open dialogue to nurture emotional well-being and promote healing.
This community group is open to everyone. Our goal is to empower you with strategies to feel calmer, more centered, and connected to your inner strength.
Come as you are and leave feeling renewed and equipped to move forward with greater ease and confidence.
This group will be offered every last Sunday of the month from 10-12pm
