Professionals in education, counseling, social work and related fields often carry significant emotional weight as they serve individuals, families and communities. How can those of us in these types of professions stay grounded, healthy and effective while supporting people and systems that are overwhelmed or under‑resourced?Join us on Cornerstone University’s campus for Rooted & Renewed: Compassionate Strategies for Resilience, an uplifting evening designed to help you cultivate resilience, restore perspective and sustain your calling with renewed confidence.
Led by Aundi Kolber—licensed professional counselor, author, and national speaker—this event will practically and compassionately address:
* Resilience for professionals carrying significant emotional weight.
* Resilience in the face of chronic stress.
* Resilience when navigating constant change.
* Resilience as a daily posture—how to remain present, hopeful and sustainable in work that asks a great deal of us.
Come to feel encouraged, supported and equipped with practical tools for regulating stress, restoring perspective and caring for yourself without disengaging from your calling.
