Join us on International Women’s Day for a nourishing, women-centred embodiment experience designed to support deep connection—to yourself and to one another. This gathering offers space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what grounds you.
Both a celebration and a ceremony, Rooted & Radiant honours the wisdom, resilience, and beauty of being a woman, inviting you to root into your body and be held in sisterhood.
What You’ll Experience:
This experiential workshop gently weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, somatic awareness, and guided reflection to support nervous system regulation, self-connection, and an embodied sense of inner strength and radiance.
What to Expect:
A welcoming, intimate, and supportive environment where no prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are—this offering is designed to meet you where you’re at, with care, presence, and ease.
Trans women and non-binary folks who feel aligned with this space are warmly welcome.
About Your Facilitator:
Julia is deeply inspired by the mind–body connection and the innate intelligence of the body to support physical, emotional, and relational well-being. A certified Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Yin and Restorative yoga, she has been dedicated to her personal practice for over 15 years and teaching for 8.
Alongside teaching yoga, Julia has facilitated women’s circles, embodiment and intimacy workshops, and couples work at studios, festivals, and retreats in Canada and internationally. Her offerings are rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion, creating a calming yet empowering space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more alive in their bodies.
