Rooted & Renewed is an intimate, in-person New Year workshop for women seeking a gentle reset, clarity, and intention for the year ahead.

Hosted in a cozy cottage in the Strawberry Beds, Dublin, this 2-hour experience offers space to slow down, reflect, and thoughtfully reconnect with what matters most — inspired by the Willow Falls Interiors philosophy that our homes should support the lives we want to live.

Through guided reflection, journaling, visualisation, and creative vision-boarding, you’ll be supported to:

• Reflect on the year that’s passed and honour what it brought
• Release what no longer serves you
• Clarify how you want your life — and home — to feel in the year ahead
• Create a vision board rooted in intention rather than pressure
• Leave feeling grounded, calm, and clear about your next steps

All materials are provided, along with tea and light refreshments.
No prior experience is needed — just an open mind and a willingness to pause.
