Rooted and Real is a soft embodied exploration of what it means to live more authentically. This workshop isn’t about changing who you are, but bringing you back to you. Through slow & mindful yoga, guided meditation, and gentle reflection this workshop will invite you to reconnect with your inner compass and listen to what feels true to you.

• Where we subtly change ourselves
• What it feels like to live from the inside out
• Simple ways to move with more authenticity and with ease
