Rooted is a seasonal retreat series held at , designed to align your experience with the rhythm of the year, intionally blending mindfulness, movement, and seasonally-based practices to leave you feeling more connected.

Each retreat includes:

• 75-min Yoga class
• 45-min Expressive movement practice
• 60-min Acupressure + Ayurvedic seasonal learning session
• 60-min Farm-to-glass craft beer tasting with Plan Bee's brewers + a look into their local, sustainable brewing practices
• Lunch and light snacks throughout

Every retreat is an invitation to connect—to your body, to others, and to the environment that nourishes us.

• Spring: Root to Ground (June 6, 10AM - 3PM): Awaken and reconnect as new growth emerges.
• Summer: Root to Grow (August 1, 10AM - 3PM): Expand energy and movement during the season of abundance.
• Fall: Root to Gather (September 26, 10AM - 3PM): Reflect, share, and prepare as the year comes to harvest.

Join us for one, two, or all three retreat sessions. Early bird pricing is $150 per retreat session (available until 30 days prior), with regular pricing at $180. For a more immersive journey, reserve all three sessions for $425 and enjoy a preferred bundled rate!
