🌿 We are starting a new 8 week workshop called ROOTED: A Group for Families Navigating Addiction
This is a space for people who are tired of holding everything together on their own.
We won’t focus on fixing your loved one.
We’ll focus on you—how to stay grounded, set boundaries, and find your way back to yourself in the middle of it all.
