About the Series
Root to Rising is a 4-week postpartum series created to support mothers and babies through movement, rest, and community connection. Each week combines gentle Pilates-based movement, practical occupational therapy tools, and honest conversation in a safe, welcoming circle. Together, we’ll reclaim rest, listen to our bodies, and rise in community not in isolation.
TIME: MONDAYS · 2:30–3:30 PM
DATES: OCT. 20 · OCT. 27 · NOV. 3 · NOV. 10
What to Expect Each Week
- Week 1 | Being Heard + Witnessed – We’ll open in circle, share our voices, and use grounding breathwork to reconnect with our bodies.
- Week 2 | Rest Without Guilt – Explore restorative movement and micro-rest strategies that you can weave into daily life with your baby.
- Week 3 | Inner Wisdom Over Comparison – Learn to trust your own body and baby through functional movement and reflective sharing.
- Week 4 | Rising Together – Celebrate community, strength, and shared wisdom while resisting the myth of the “perfect mom.”
