This is a time to reset, refresh, and reconnect, leaving behind the slow start of the year and stepping forward with clarity, warmth, and renewed intention.
Through nourishing movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and seasonal, wholesome food, you’ll be guided to thaw, uplift, and realign with your inner rhythm. This day retreat offers space to release stagnation, restore vitality, and plant fresh intentions as we transition toward the lighter, more expansive months ahead.
Held within a calm, supportive space and surrounded by a like-hearted community, you’ll be warmly supported as we gather momentum for the year to come—inviting brightness, motivation, and a sense of possibility back into body and mind.
