This 7-week breathwork journey explores the body’s energy centers: the chakras - from Root to Crown. Each week we’ll focus on a different chakra, using breath as a gateway into deeper awareness, release, and alignment.
Every session is unique. Your breath, your body, and the collective energy of the room guide what unfolds. Some sessions may feel grounding, some expansive, and some may bring insight, emotion, or deep rest.
You don’t need to know what will happen...you only need to show up and breathe.
Each session is an invitation to create space for what your body is ready to process, release, and remember.

Root — Safety & Grounding
Feeling supported in your body and life.
Sacral — Emotion & Creativity
Reconnecting with pleasure, flow, and self-expression.
Solar Plexus — Power & Worth
Reclaiming confidence, boundaries, and inner strength.
Heart — Love & Connection
Opening to compassion, gratitude, and deeper relationships.
Throat — Truth & Expression
Finding your voice and expressing what’s true.
Third Eye — Intuition & Clarity
Strengthening inner guidance and insight.
Crown — Trust & Spiritual Connection
Opening to a sense of purpose and connection beyond yourself.
This Journey May Be For You If…

No prior breathwork experience is necessary - just bring your breath and an open mind.
Drop-In or Full Journey
You’re welcome to attend individual sessions as a drop-in, allowing you to experience breathwork and explore the chakra of the week.
For those who feel called to go deeper, you may also commit to the full 7-week journey, moving through the chakras together and allowing the process to build and integrate over time.
Each path is welcome. Trust what feels aligned for you.
