Join Hayley for Root to Bloom - A 4 Part Series to reset and reconnect!Root to Bloom is a four-part seasonal series designed to offer a breath of fresh air in the midst of winter and early spring.
Each session blends yin yoga, mindful movement, myofascial release, breathwork, and thoughtful somatic practices to help you return to yourself, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with what supports you in your body and in your life.
Across these four months, we will move through an intentional arc: rooting into winter’s quiet, deepening our inner foundation, rising with the energy of early spring, and finally blooming into openness and integration. These classes are spacious, grounding, and reflective, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeper, and remember that we are all journeying through these seasons together.
This is a series meant to be felt, an invitation to soften, release, and arrive more fully in your own body while also being held by a sense of community.
Each session will include:
Fascia-flossing warm-ups to hydrate connective tissue and mobilize joints
Self-myofascial release to release tension and restore ease of movement
Somatic and yin yoga practices to enhance body awareness and nervous system regulation
Breathwork to calm, energize, and integrate the body-mind connection
You will leave each class feeling more grounded, open, and connected to yourself, your body, and the shared rhythm of the seasons.
Join us for one or all four!
