A yoga + pilates–inspired class focused on intentional movement and core strength. We’ll build up from a steady foundation, combining grounded yoga postures with controlled, pilates-based movements to improve stability, balance and overall strength.Expect clear cueing, focused core work and smooth, purposeful transitions. Connect with your root to engage your center and move with control.
Grippy socks not required!
Please note: Katie is not a formally trained Pilates instructor. She is an experienced Pilates student and will thoughtfully incorporate Pilates-inspired movements into this class.
