Join us for an in-person Root Chakra workshop designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect with a sense of grounded presence.
We will begin with gentle education on the Root Chakra—what it represents, how it shows up in the body, and how it influences feelings of safety, security, and belonging.
From there, you’ll be guided through:
A root-focused grounding meditation
Journaling & reflection prompts to integrate what arises
Gentle yoga focused on supporting the root chakra and nervous system
A deeply relaxing sound bath to close the experience and allow everything to settle
At the end of the workshop, guests are welcome to share their experience of the practices if they choose. Sharing is optional and is intended to reflect sensations, insights, or shifts from the workshop—not personal trauma stories—so we can all leave feeling grounded and supported.
