As the seasons begin to shift, so does our energy. After the heaviness of winter, many of us feel the need to slow down, reset, and reconnect before stepping fully into the brightness and activity of spring.Root & Rise is an intimate half-day retreat designed to gently calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and reconnect you to your physical and emotional body. Through a combination of guided reflection, restorative movement, Reiki-infused sound healing, and meditative art, this experience creates space to pause, reflect, and realign.
This retreat is intentionally limited in size to create a supportive and welcoming environment where participants can relax, connect, and move through the experience at their own pace.
