Join me for a 60-minute guided yoga experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, and move with intention as you transition into a new season.This session blends breath work, slow activation, and a steady flow to support grounding, balance, and growth. We will move through foundational postures, explore gentle balance work, and close with guided visualization and a calming sound bath.
This is a beginner-friendly space. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, modify as needed, and take rest at any time.
