This half-day Spring retreat is an invitation to pause, soften and reconnect with yourself as we move into a new season. After the stillness of winter, this is a space to gently awaken - without pressure, without urgency - and reflect on what feels ready to grow.

✨ A seasonal guided meditation (inspired by growth, resilience and renewal)
✨ Reflective journalling to explore what you want to nurture this Spring

What needs tending before it grows
How to move forward in a way that feels steady and aligned
This is not about setting rigid goals.
It’s about listening inwardly and allowing clarity to unfold naturally.
