Root & Rise: A Creative Healing Workshop Series

Root and Rise is a four-part arts and wellness experience designed to help you ground, reflect, and grow — creatively and personally. Blending storytelling, poetry, gentle movement, and guided journaling, this series offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and with community.

Each two-hour session combines artistic exploration and mindful practices rooted in the belief that creativity is a pathway to healing. Participants will engage in activities that honor both the individual voice and the collective spirit, fostering a balance of self-expression, introspection, and shared connection.

While each workshop stands on its own, the series as a whole moves through a thematic arc: rooting in the present, releasing what no longer serves, reclaiming your creative essence, and rising into new visions for your life. Whether you attend one session or all four, you’ll walk away with tools and inspiration to carry your journey forward.
