Join us for an empowering, music-driven strength training experience in a bespoke space designed to build power, confidence, and community amongst women. The first 50 minutes will be dedicated to the workout followed by refreshments, giveaways, and community in true happy hour style.
Donβt miss this chance to move, lift, and connect with like-minded women who want to feel more confident through movement. This class is perfect for women who want an introduction to strength training in a low-pressure environment.
Doors open at 5:00pm and the class starts at 5:30pm.
