Together with WolfsfloW, we, the Twin Sisters Shari & Jissy, invite you into a gentle and magical journey of grounding, dreaming, and embodied connection.
We begin with Philippe guiding a Lightbody Dreaming Meditation, a soft and grounding journey that opens the space for dreaming while anchoring you deeply in the body. Through subtle shamanic elements, this meditation supports clarity, inner peace, and connection with the Earth, the elements, and the unified field that weaves all life together. From this space, you are invited to explore your true Self and the dreams that wish to move through you.
From this grounded and dreamlike state, we come together to share a cup of ceremonial cacao, allowing the heart to soften and open. Guided by cacao, we embody a light meditation and enter gentle connection exercises, creating a safe and nurturing space to truly connect with yourself and with others.
This journey invites you to feel into your dreams, allowing them to be sensed, moved, and embodied. Philippe will guide the group in shaping a shared vision and dream for ourselves, the collective, and those who come after us. This vision is then carried into conscious movement and cacao integration, helping the experience settle deeply into the body so it remains accessible beyond the session.
