About this Event
Root & Gather | Seeds of Spring is a 3-hour seasonal gathering designed to support the gentle transition from winter into spring. This nurturing experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and align with the quiet, fertile energy of early spring.
Through a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, cacao ceremony, mantra, sound, meditation, journaling, and grounding touch practices, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves and plant intentions that feel grounded and sustainable.
This gathering is open to all and no prior experience is needed. Come as you are and be held in a warm, inclusive space that honours rest, reflection, and renewal.
As winter begins to soften and the first stirrings of Spring emerge, we invite you to gather with us for Seeds of Spring — a 3-hour Root & Gather experience honouring this gentle turning of the seasons.
Early spring is not a time to rush forward, but a time to slow down, listen inward, and create space for what is quietly beginning. This gathering offers a nurturing, supportive environment to reconnect with your body, settle the nervous system, and align with the fertile, grounding energy of the season.
Together we’ll explore a woven tapestry of practices, including gentle yoga and somatic movement, breathwork, cacao ceremony, mantra and chanting, sound immersion, guided meditation, journaling, and grounding touch practices inspired by Zenthai Shiatsu. All offerings are shared in an inclusive, trauma-aware way, with choice and care throughout.
This is a space to release what no longer serves, to rest deeply, and to plant intentions that feel realistic, embodied, and nourishing — seeds that can be tended slowly over time.
No previous experience in yoga, meditation, or ceremony is needed. You are warmly welcomed exactly as you are.
Come as you are.
Move gently.
Gather in community.
Plant seeds for the season ahead.
With warmth,
Gillian & Emma 🤍
