After such a beautiful day last year, I’m excited to bring back the New Years Day Yoga Retreat.

Join me on New Year’s Day for a half day yoga retreat, moving and breathing with intention, sharing positive rituals to bring into the new year.

Start the year by nurturing yourself, moving into 2024 feeling balanced, uplifted, and connected.

What’s included:

- Welcome, nourishing gluten free & vegan light bites, tea, and juices.

- Journaling, intention setting and Mantras.

- Guided Breath-work

- Mindful flow – suitable for all levels of experience

- Restorative Yoga sequence and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

- Goodbyes and goody bag ( take the yoga home with you)

Timetable for the day:

12:00-12:45Meet and greet and light bites, Intention setting and journal prompts

12:45-13:15 Breath work

13:15-14:15Mindful Flow

14:15-14:30: Break, Juice & tea

15:00- 15:45 Restorative sequence & Yoga Nidra

15:45-16:00 goodbyes, goody bags and vegan cake!
