You’ll witness each step of the process, from raw materials to the final glaze, while diving deep into Rookwood’s rich history, evolving styles, and the artistry that continues to set us apart today.
At the end of the tour, we invite you to explore our onsite showroom and flagship store—tour attendees receive a 10% shopping discount.

Our facility is located at 1920 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and borders Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour

• March: Fridays & Saturdays at 11:30am
• April: Fridays at 10:30am & Saturdays at 10:30am and 1:00pm

This is a live working factory tour. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will cover a large footprint of our facility during this tour, and we do our best to accommodate those with mobility limitations, including elevator access.
