Join us for a serene evening of yoga on the rooftop of the Curtiss Hotel in Buffalo, NY, USA at VUE. Let's unwind and stretch as the sun sets. Breathe in the fresh air and find your inner zen with a flow led by Jes. This class will be filled with ambiance, views and good beats to help you flow with grace. All bodies are welcome.

Yoga will be followed by an extended savasana sound bath by, Jes. Jes will play crystal sound bowls as you relax and allow the sounds to wave over your body. Sound has many benefits: including reducing stress, promotes deep relaxation, reducing anxiety and balancing your body. If you've never experienced a sound bath before this is a perfect opportunity.

Each ticket will include yoga on the rooftop/ sound healing and one beverage ticket. Enjoy the new cocktail menu or a trusty favorite. Feel free to swap out for a Mocktail or N/A beverage of your choice. The Curtiss - Vue is open from 5-10pm come grab a drink and snacks before and or stay after for salads, pizza and charcuterie.

Check-in will begin at 6:30pm, social hour to immediately follow class.

*Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, blanket for the sound bath and any other props you would like to round out your practice.
