Led by Leta Willcox, Community Flow offers an all-level practice designed to gently awaken the body, steady the breath, and invite a deeper sense of connection. Leta’s approach is both intuitive and supportive, creating space for you to move with awareness, build strength, and find ease in your practice—exactly as you are.

Leta is a Certified Yoga Therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists through her training with Susi Hately and Functional Synergy. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (the national Yoga Registry). Leta teaches a variety of styles of asana or physical yoga poses. She specializes in Yoga Therapy, working with people 1:1 or in small groups.

Open to the public. Walk-ins are welcome; however, we recommend reserving your spot in advance as space is limited.
Yoga mats and props are available for use, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Your registration also includes a complimentary swim at Brut Hotel following class—feel free to bring your swimsuit and extend your morning at your own pace.

Weather & Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, Community Flow will not be canceled. The class will be moved indoors to the Juniper Room at 1820 Spa, where we will continue our practice in a grounded and welcoming space. We encourage guests to arrive as scheduled, as any location updates will be shared prior to class when possible.
*Please note: reservations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to a future class date with advance notice.
