Join us at Move with Joy for Rooftop Yoga every Saturday through summer and fall! We will meet inside Move with Joy between 10:10-10:15 and then take the elevator to the rooftop of the Creamery Building! The beautiful landscape and plant create a gorgeous environment for a healing yoga flow, combined with Pilates Core movements, for an energizing start to your day! Class is $10 to drop in (cash, CashApp, or Venmo are accepted payment methods), mats provided or bring your own. Wear clothing comfortable for movement and bring water! We can't wait to flow with you🌊☀️
