Rachel has worked in the fitness industry for the last decade as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specializing in strength and circuit training. She loves to combine the benefits of strength work with exercises that get your heart rate up and leave you with a good sweat. These days, you can find her on the schedule in the strength room at Home Lifestyle Club!

All you’ll need for this rooftop workout is a yoga mat and some sneakers. You can expect a full-body workout that challenges both your strength and cardio and with Rachel, you can always count on hitting those legs and booty. Home and Rachel can’t wait to see you there!
