Our experienced yoga instructor L.A. Miskovic will guide you through a slow and gentle yoga practice, designed to help you release tension and find inner peace. As you move through each pose, you'll be surrounded by the stunning views of the Denver skyline and the setting sun.

Following the yoga practice, our sound healer L.A. Miskovic will lead you through a powerful sound bath experience. You'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, helping you to release any remaining stress or tension.

This event is perfect for all levels of yoga experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat and any props you may need.
