The Spring Equinox is a time of balance and renewal, when day and night stand equal and the light begins to tip the scales toward longer days. It is a threshold moment, inviting us to awaken with the season, plant new seeds, and align with the energy of growth and possibility.

Join me for a 2.5 hour ceremony that weaves together the medicine of the breath with the magic of the fire. We will begin with a Soma Breathwork journey, a rhythmic music led practice designed to clear the mind, energise the body, and connect you to the rising pulse of spring. As the energy grounds, we will gather around the fire in ceremony to honour this turning of the wheel.
Through guided ritual, intention setting, and the alchemy of fire, we will release the heaviness of winter and call in the vitality and vision of spring. This is a space that is soulful yet grounded, warm and welcoming, whether you are seasoned in ceremony or new to this kind of work.
You will leave feeling lighter, energised, and more connected to yourself and the wisdom of the season.
No experience needed, simply come as you are.
☔️ PLEASE NOTE: If it rains, we will have the first part of our time together inside and if not raining too much we will continue to have the fire outside. If in the case, that it's just too wet I will create a beautiful ceremony that we can do inside instead.
