Rooftop Reset: Cacao Ceremony

Come and take a powerful journey to release anything weighing you down and holding you back from shining your beautiful light!
Ceremonial cacao in it's purest form helps you to sink into your heart so you are more able to connect to your higher self, the wisest part of you. This illuminates anything that needs releasing enabling you to see your full potential and which direction your life should be heading in.
During the ceremony you'll be encouraged to set clear intentions of what you wish to let go of. What no longer serves you? Before embracing what really is for your highest and greatest good. What will bring you the most joy and give you a reason to spring out of bed every morning??
After drinking a 50g dose of Full Power Cacao which will settle your nervous system bringing you to a place of calm and balance, I'll lead you on a powerful guided meditation that will shine the light of clarity on so many levels and open you up to your amazing possibilities.
You'll then be given time to relax and embed everything you have received during the meditation, whilst listening to some beautiful music, before being brought back to the room, clearer, lighter and ready to step into your power.
There may be a bit of singing!! Don't let this put you off! It's great for raising the vibration! And also be encouraged to fully ground everything you've received into your physical self and your nervous system with a bit of dancing!! A mini sober day disco!! Again, don't let this put you off. It's enough just to be in the energy of the music, so please don't worry if you don't want to dance or aren't able to. The space held is inclusive for all.

Please note: This is a strong dose of cacao, so if you are on Medic*tion or have known illnesses, it may be best to check contraindications. You can also ask for a half strength dose too if you would prefer.
The cacao is mixed with gluten free oat milk, agave syrup, raw organic coconut sugar and pink Himalayan rock salt, so if you have any allergies, please let me know on the form you will receive after booking.
