QiGong — Energy in Motion
QiGong is an ancient form of energy cultivation originating in China thousands of years ago. The practice combines intentional breathing with specific movements to enhance the body’s internal energy and vitality.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the meridians that run through the body are linked to the internal organs. Through regular QiGong practice, you can boost your health, energy, and longevity — helping you feel more balanced and get more out of life.
Our classes take place on the beautiful rooftop at Soul Agenda.
Tuesdays — 45 minutes
Sundays — 60 minutes
We have a shaded undercover area for sunny or light-drizzle days.
On Tuesdays, if the weather is not suitable, the class will be held inside the studio downstairs.
If the class is listed on Momence, it’s going ahead — rain or shine!
