🎄🦘 Roo-dolf’s Holiday Hangout at The Kangaroo Ranch Studio (Adult Kangaroos)
Celebrate the season at Roo-dolf’s Holiday Hangout, a one-of-a-kind Christmas event at The Kangaroo Ranch Studio! This festive experience blends holiday cheer, creative activities, and unforgettable encounters with our red-nosed kangaroos.
Your ticket includes two parts:
- 30 minute kangaroo encounter
- holiday crafts/activities
🦘 30-Minute Kangaroo Encounter (Timed Session)
Each session is limited to about 15 participants, ensuring everyone gets special time with the kangaroos.
During this session, you’ll:
- Meet our RED "nosed" kangaroos (Luka and Kyrie) and take home a festive Polaroid photo keepsake.
- Feed the Kangaroos their favorite snacks and treats
- Learn fun facts about kangaroos and their care from our knowledgeable staff.
- Watch the kangaroos enjoy a special holiday enrichment — think wreaths, bells, and treats!
Please Note:
Our regular kangaroo encounters are typically one hour with smaller groups. Roo-dolf’s Holiday Hangout sessions are shorter to allow for more guests, but ticket pricing reflects this adjustment and includes additional seasonal activities outside of the studio.
(This event is priced at $40 for the “mini” version of our Meet and Greet / Our Regular Meet and Greets start at $65 per person)
This is an event with our 2 year old Red Kangaroos.
⚠️ All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to their kangaroo interaction.
🎨 Holiday Activities (Before or After Your Session)
Outside the studio, you’ll find our seasonal activity stations, which can be enjoyed before or after your scheduled kangaroo time:
- Craft Station – Create your very own Christmas ornament or holiday-themed craft to take home.
- Sweet Treat Station – Stop by for a cup of cocoa or a small holiday goodie.
- And More!!
This setup allows each family or group to enjoy their reserved kangaroo time without rushing, while still having the flexibility to enjoy all other activities at their own pace.
🎟 Ticketing & Pricing
Flat Rate: $40 per person (ages 5 and up)
Includes:
- Admission to one timed 30-minute kangaroo session
- Treats to feed the kangaroos
- Polaroid photo with a kangaroo
- Access to the craft station
- Sweet treat stop
⚠️ Important Notes
- Children must be at least 5 years old to participate. NO exceptions.
- All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18+.
- A signed liability waiver is required for every participant before entering the kangaroo session.
- This is a session with our 2 year old Kangaroos, so there will NOT be holding or snuggling during this session. Please let us know if you are interested in holding our baby kangaroos, we will be able to direct you to which events include holding and snuggling the kangaroos (bottle feeding, full meet and greet).
🎁 Festive Attire Encouraged!
Celebrate the holidays in style! Guests are encouraged to come dressed in festive sweaters, Santa hats, or holiday-themed outfits.
For safety reasons, no masks or face coverings (other than festive accessories) are allowed during the kangaroo session.
Special Treat: Anyone who comes dressed as a reindeer or in their most festive Christmas attire will receive a small surprise gift!
