The tour is on Sunday 10th November from 10am - 3.30pm. We’ll be taking you through a number of live property projects at various renovation stages including recent central Auckland deals where we are adding $100-$200k+ value instantly. We will also inspect some live market listings that will teach you interactively how to identify these very same opportunites in the market place. This will be followed by lunch and a debrief back at base to go through the finer details and hear from our keynote speakers on the stuff you need to hear.

Jason: Head of Ronovationz a 3rd generation kiwi born Chinese in Auckland. With a back ground in business, sales and marketing, Jason enjoyed a successful corporate life in the fast paced marketing agency environment. In the background, Jason also started property investing on his own from 2002, however it wasn’t till many years later that Jason came across Ronovationz and through Ron’s guidance grew his property portfolio to double digits within 6 months!
Possessing a unique skill set combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jason’s posseses a wealth of knowledge, marjet experience and is incredibly passionate when it comes to property. He's also the Bruce Lee of auctions & negotiation which makes him the guy you want by your side.
Victor Kulakov: Property Wealth Coach, High-Performance Coach, Business Owner, Entrepreneur & Speaker. Victor is a co-founder of Accelerate - Personal Development Network, Property Investor with multi-million dollar portfolio and Co-founder of trendyful.co.nz – Online Store. Carl Wu: Carl Wu was a university lecturer before he came to New Zealand in 1996. He had humble beginnings in New Zealand working as cleaner, kitchen hand, factory worker. He was finally able to go back to university for further study, allowing him to make a career change into a librarian.
He started property investment in 2005, building up a solid portfolio even before he joined Ronovationz in 2011. Since then his portfolio has expanded dramatically to enable him to quit his full time job that he held for 15 years. So far has more than 20 properties under his belt.
Carl was a board of trustee member of his children’s school. He is a choir member of Music Association of Auckland. He also serves as Vice President of Auckland Chinese Families Network.
Carl is keen to share his investment knowledge and help those who want to realize their home ownership dream, or climb up the property investment ladder steadily and safely.
Satyan Mehra: Multi-award winning Finance Adviser. He has more than 10 years of New Zealand banking experience working for ANZ and BNZ across many areas: retail & business banking, audit, external reporting and more. During those 10 years, Satyan also found the time to stretch his entrepreneurial wings, becoming involved with several businesses: Pizza Hut franchising, early childhood education, accommodation sector, property investment & development. He is deeply passionate and knowledgeable about business and real estate.
