Meet Wisconsin Football Legend Ron Dayne at the Lion’s Care Cruise Community Event!
We’re incredibly excited to welcome Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne as a special guest during the 5th Annual Lion’s Care Cruise Community Event on May 9th!
Ron will be joining us for the Miracle League of Dane County Spring Exhibition Game, where he will proudly throw out the ceremonial first pitch at 1:00 PM to kick off the game and celebrate the amazing athletes of the Miracle League! ⚾
After the game, Ron will spend the afternoon with us to greet the kids and meet fans from the community! Attendees will have the opportunity to take photos and get autographs with Ron for a donation benefiting the Miracle League of Dane County! It’s a great chance to meet a Wisconsin sports icon while supporting an incredible cause! ❤️
🏈 About Ron Dayne
Ron Dayne is one of the most celebrated players in Wisconsin football history. During his time with the Wisconsin Badgers, he became the NCAA’s all-time leading rusher and won the 1999 Heisman Trophy, college football’s highest honor! He also helped lead Wisconsin to multiple Rose Bowl victories and went on to play in the NFL for several seasons. To this day, Ron remains a beloved Badger legend and one of the greatest running backs in college football history! We are so excited to have him join us!

The 5th Annual Lion’s Care Cruise Community Event is a fun-filled day bringing the community together to support the Miracle League of Dane County. The event features incredible cars, family-friendly activities, great food, community connection, and fundraising to help provide inclusive baseball opportunities for athletes of all abilities.
