Award-winning singer-songwriter and producer Ron Crowder brings his all-original Rock/Pop/Funk/Soul sound to Santa Fe’s Unit B for the first time, backed by an all-star band of some of New Mexico’s finest musicians.Ron Crowder
Ron Crowder is an award-winning singer-songwriter, producer, recording engineer and multi-instrumentalist. An Albuquerque native, Ron has traveled the world as a touring and recording musician, sharing the stage with acts as diverse as Three Dog Night, The Persuasions, The Zombies, The Main Squeeze and 3-time Grammy winner, Fantastic Negrito, among many others. As a long-time member of New Mexico’s recording studio elite, Ron is also the owner of InCrowd Productions in Albuquerque, winning numerous awards as a songwriter, producer, recording engineer and composer, including Tellys, Silver Microphones, Addys, American Marketing Association, and is a perennial winner at the New Mexico Music Awards, recently winning Song of the Year, Producer of the Year and Best Recording Engineer. Today, in addition to his work in the recording studio, he performs regularly with his band, the Ron Crowder Band, which features an all-star lineup of some of New Mexico’s finest musicians.
John Bartlit
John Bartlit is an accomplished professional multi-instrumentalist, composer, teacher, producer and accompanist with decades of experience in the arts. He holds a performance degree in percussion (BA) from UNM. John has performed and recorded locally, nationally and internationally in a wide variety of styles. His musical adventures include The Bert Dalton Trio, NM Symphony, SF Desert Chorale, Rita Moreno, Hubie Law, John Lewis (MJQ), Chris Calloway, John Rangel, NM Marimba Band, Del Sol String Quartet, John Cage, Lou Harrison, Michael Sterns, Bill Evans Dance and Robbie Robertson. John’s skills in trap-set are legendary, and he has pioneered a whole new approach to Flamenco cajon as well as mastering many hand percussion instruments.
Chris Ishee
Chris Ishee has been a fixture on the New Mexico music scene for decades. He spent many years touring with Maynard Ferguson and Engelbert Humperdinck, among many other artists. In addition, he taught at Santa Fe Prep for 24 years. He has two CD’s out of his own music and just completed a healing music project with his wife, Carrie Ishee.
Dimi DiSanti
Guitarist Dimi DiSanti could play with anyone anywhere, and he has, working with Bernard Purdie, James Newton, the Temptations, the Drifters, the Coasters, Sparx, and Lorenzo Antonio, among others. Lucky for us in New Mexico, he chooses to live and play here. He just celebrated the release of his new album, Our Big Backyard, recently awarded the Best Jazz Album at the 2025 NM Music Awards.
Rob "Milo" Jaramillo
Bassist Rob "Milo" Jaramillo studied at UNM and went on to perform with John Lewis, Tommy Berndtsson, Bill Watrous, Tony Quinones, Ritmo Caliente, and Chris Calloway. He has toured throughout the U.S., Australia, and Cuba with Yoboso, & Ritmo Caliente. His home is the Isleta Indian Reservation. Former music school classmates and longtime friends, Milo has played with Crowder live and in the recording studio for many years.
Alex Murzyn
Alex Murzyn’s versatility and musicianship has made him the most in demand saxophonist in New Mexico. Relocating from the San Francisco area, where he played with numerous bands, including Huey Lewis and the News, Ray Obiedo, Pete Escovedo and the Stand Kenton Legacy Orchestra. With a career spanning three decades, he has three CDs under his name and is working to complete the fourth, soon to be released. He brings his unique background of R & B and modern jazz to the table whenever he plays. He is equally accomplished on flute and clarinet.
Teri Lynn Browning
Teri Lynn is a professional singer/songwriter living in Santa Fe for over 30 years. She received a vocal performance scholarship and studied Baroque and Medieval Music at Oklahoma State in college. Eventually moving to Santa Fe in 1992 she performed jazz standards with a jazz trio then was a regular cast member at La Casa Sena Cantina performing classic showtunes and cabaret. In 1996 she created and produced the very popular “Teri’s Lounge” which featured a house band with local talent. Her band played the Santa Fe circuit including A Bar, Catamount and various other clubs. In 1998 she released a club track “Feel your power” which was featured on the Rolling Stone dance chart for several months. Teri Lynn moved to NYC where she received a record deal with house music legend Todd Terry and recorded two dance singles. In the past she had a featured solo showcase on the Plaza Bandstand and has had regular weekly residencies at La Posada Bar, El Monte Sagrado (Taos), Vanessie and La Fonda in Santa Fe and sold out showcases in Amsterdam, Paris and London. Teri Lynn released her CD “Heart” produced by Andrew Primm in 2012 which was nominated for a New Mexico Music Award. She was chosen to showcase her songs at NYC ‘s well known club “The Cutting Room.” Teri Lynn has recorded on local artists CD’s including Gary Farmer, Joe West and Chris Dracup among others. Currently she has been a solo performer at the Santa Fe Tributes concerts for the last 9 years and is a featured member of the Ron Crowder Band as well as regularly performing on Sky Railway.
Doors open at 5:30 pm for dinner, wine and craft cocktails. Showtime is 7:00 pm.
