Then, head back in time to hear the original composition in full with internationally acclaimed violinist, Inmo Yang.
Tchaikovsky’s magnificent Fifth Symphony takes us on an exhilarating journey from darkness to light; opening in a mood of sombre introspection, it ends in a spirit of triumphant jubilation. The slow second movement is a special treat, containing a gorgeous melody for solo horn that is one of Tchaikovsky’s most inspired creations.
