About this Event
In observance of National Carbonara Day on April 6th, bring a friend and learn to make this ubiquitous Roman dish. We'll take you from the Pasta to the Parmesan with this hands-on class. Learn how to make an Italian Vinaigrette with lemon and herbs, and a rich delicious panna cotta.
About the Location
This class is held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all required tools. Please wear closed toe shoes. There is no minimum experience required. We often take photos during class to share on social media and on our website. If you would like to opt out please let us know.
Street parking is available.
