New Tech for Creatives: The next generation of connected media
Calling all Filmmakers, YouTubers, podcasters, TV, and radio producers, public speakers and presenters, mixed media artists, and tech geeks!
Join us at the SLC Main Library for a sneak peek into the new innovation of audio QR codes- enhancing communication and creativity in film, YouTube, TV, radio, speaking, podcast production, and more! The new ToneTip technology allows creators to insert inaudible audio clips coded with links into their media, leading to the expansion of the depth and quality of information received by their audiences through an accompanying app. Come learn and be a part of the conversation around its impact, use, and the future of connected media. We will present demos across multiple media types, and have time for media-specific feedback and questions.

Parking:
At the SLC Main Library
An underground parking facility can be accessed from westbound 500 South or eastbound 400 South between 200 and 300 East. Just bring your parking ticket inside, scan it for validation, and park for up to two hours free ($1.50 per half hour after that). Payment is accepted via credit or debit card only.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging
The underground parking structure offers two areas with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. There are no fees to utilize these EV charging stations.
- Level P1 (southwest corner): two stations, four ports | four-hour charging limit
- Level P2 (southeast corner): two stations, four ports | four-hour charging limit
On-street EV charging stations are also available near the parking garage's southern exit ramp:
- 255 East 500 South (on-street): four stations, eight ports | two-hour charging limit
