About this Event
A pasta-making class celebrating one of the four classic Roman sauces. Working with fresh egg dough, guests will learn to shape their pasta into traditional flat, cut noodles. Returning guests will have the opportunity to explore additional pasta shapes.
Your instructor will demonstrate the preparation of the classic Amatriciana sauce, paired with our Tuscan Brands pasta for tasting.
A server will be available throughout the class for any additional orders from our in-house menu
