On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, the Cathedral welcomes riders participating in Rolling to Remember for a public “Blessing of the Bikes.” All are invited to this brief outdoor service, which will include prayers led by Cathedral clergy, military chaplains, and representatives from AMVETS and Rolling to Remember.Hosted by AMVETS, one of the nation’s leading veteran-serving organizations, Rolling to Remember is an annual demonstration ride that honors our country’s fallen heroes and raises awareness for veterans’ issues—especially the 82,000 service members still missing and the 22 veterans who die by suicide each day.
