About this Event
Discover the joy of roller skating with our in-person group lessons at PCYC Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. Our classes are designed to bring people together who share a passion for skating and are looking to improve their skills while having fun.
Our group lessons consist of four segments, starting with a warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints for optimal performance and injury prevention. The technical review segment focuses on exercises to enhance your forward and backward skating, braking techniques, transitions, jumps, and turns. Our dance segment allows you to practice the latest roller dance moves and Sofi designs a new choreography every month to challenge your endurance, balance, and flow.
Finally, we end with a cool-down to help you relax and recharge. Our group lessons are perfect for beginners and intermediate skaters who want to socialize, learn new skills, and achieve their goals in a supportive and fun environment. Join us and unleash your potential on wheels!
