Join us for an extended schedule of meditation for the week of Rohatsu! Rohatsu in the Japanese Zen Buddhist tradition is celebrated during the first week of December and commemorates the Buddha’s enlightenment. Zen practitioners all over the world usually sit sesshin during this week.
At Mud Lotus Sangha we are offering an extended meditation schedule to add some of the elements of retreat practice to our daily lives.
Join us for all or some of the meditations this week. The week will culminate in a daylong meditation retreat on Saturday December 6 at Spring Hollow Lodge in Sharon Woods Metro Park.
