About this Event
WHO: Elementary students entering 1st through 5th grade for the 2025/26 school year.
WHAT: Youth cheerleading camp. The Rogers High School Cheerleading team will be teaching elementary students a variety of cheerleading skills including chants, cheers, jumps, and stunts during the two practice days. Students will then perform what they’ve mastered at the Rogers HS Varsity Football game during halftime on Youth Night!
WHEN:
Camp: August 25 and 26, 2026 - 9:30am to 11:30am
Performance: Youth Night Varsity Football game on Friday September 4th, 2026
WHERE: Rogers High School in the Den (new gym off of the athletic entrance)
COST: $75 per student (+ $6.88 EventBrite fee)
Payments processed through EventBrite will incur a fee that is not a part of the event, nor do those proceeds go to support Rogers Royals Cheerleading.
Register by Aug 1, 2026 and your student will receive a camp t-shirt and hair bow!
Proceeds collected will be going to the Rogers Royals Cheerleading Booster Club in order to support and enhance the Rogers Royals Cheerleading program by purchasing equipment, uniforms, competition fees, transportation fees, and more!
REFUND POLICY
Should you need to cancel your registration and request a refund, your $75 registration will be returned to you, but the EventBrite fees are non-refundable.
Attendees can request refunds up to 1 day before the event start date, via EventBrite.

REGISTRATION CONSENT
Upon completing this registration, you agree to the following terms:
I/We hereby give our approval for our child’s participation in any and all activities of the Rogers Royals Cheerleading Youth Cheerleading Camp.
I/We realize, by the very nature of the activity, cheerleading (which includes jumping, gymnastics and stunting) carries a risk of physical injury. I will not hold Rogers High School, the coaches of or associated with the sport, members of the team, nor ISD 728 or responsible in the case of an accident or injury at any time. I/We understand that personal insurance must cover my child. I/We give permission for my child to receive medical attention in the event that I cannot be present or reached for any reason.
I/We understand that in the event of a cancellation of any kind, all reasonable efforts will be made to refund the $75 registration cost.
YOUTH NIGHT INSTRUCTIONS
- Youth Night will be Friday September 4th, 2026 at the RHS Football Stadium
- T-shirt and bow will be handed out to your child during the camp.
- Participants are encouraged to wear their camp t-shirts and bows to the game or any matching shirt. Black leggings or black shorts are also encouraged. Make sure to wear tennis shoes!
- Participants get free admission to the game. Please let the ticket takers know you’re there for youth night.
- On Youth Night, please arrive at TBD for review time. Meet inside the stadium gates to the far right-hand side towards the guest bleachers. Your child can be picked up at the same location at TBD.
- Your child will sit with you during the game. Please bring them down to the track gate on the left/scoreboard side near the stands when there is 5 minutes remaining in the first half.
- We will perform our dance and stunt routine at halftime, then do some sideline cheering while the Rogers Youth Football program scrimmages on the field.
- In order to minimize chaos with dismissing participants after the halftime performance, 4th and 5th grade students will be allowed to leave the track on their own to get to their families. Please make a plan with your child if this applies to you! All 1-3rd graders will remain on the track with cheerleaders/booster club members until a parent comes to the gate to retrieve them. Please be patient as we do our best to release participants safely back to their families.
